Service Description
The Deep Rest workshop will be split into 3 part: Calming Breathing, Soothing floor based movements, Restorative poses and Yoga Nidra. Stemming from the use of yoga as therapy, this workshop focuses on restoring the natural state of calm in the nervous system by moving our attention inward. What a beautiful time of year to release and disconnect from the world around you, and reconnect to your own body to find peace and equilibrium. A deeply restful experience that will leave you with a few tools to use at home or in your regular practice to regulate your nervous system. Suitable for everyone, even if you are brand new to yoga, it's all on the floor.
