Service Description
A monthly Yin and Restorative yoga class with breath work and sound. A feeling, yielding and softening our edges and connecting with our inner wisdom. Candles and quotes and moving in tune with the seasons. Journaling to explore our inner temple. Dates Sunday 18th January 10-12 Sunday 15 th February 10-12 Sunday 1 st March 10-12 A soft morning can change so much.
