YOGA RETREATS
Experience More Than Just a Getaway.
A yoga retreat is so much more than a day, a weekend, or even a week away—though it can be just that too! These immersive experiences have the power to truly transform. Here, time slows down, allowing you to immerse yourself in gentle, nurturing movement practices that honor your body.
You’ll reconnect with your breath in a way that feels like coming home.
Delight in wholesome, nourishing meals that do more than fuel—they are an expression of care and love. And most importantly, you’ll play and explore in nature, from serene forests to the calming sea, rediscovering joy, wonder, and curiosity.
These moments foster a lasting harmony in your nervous system, leaving you feeling more connected and grounded.
Step away from the demands of everyday life and gift yourself this transformative time. My retreats welcome all levels—beginner-friendly and adaptable—encouraging each participant to discover the variations of poses and movements that suit them best.
Join me, and let’s embark on this journey of self-care and renewal together.

Return - An Embodied Yoga Retreat on Eilean Shona
Return becomes a retreat you feel in your bones the moment you arrive on Eilean Shona — a private island where June stretches long and golden, the air softens, and something inside you finally exhales. It’s a place that invites you back to yourself in a way modern life rarely allows.
Return is an immersion into KWY Embodied Practices shaped by the island’s own rhythms. Breath, sensation, and presence become your compass as you move through Embodied Flow, Yin, Forest Bathing, cold‑water dips, sauna warmth, kayaking, and pockets of wild, nourishing silence. Nothing to perform. Nothing to perfect. Just a steady, gentle returning to the truth of your body.
The island itself becomes part of the teaching. Tides show you how to rise and fall without force. Forest paths show you how to soften and root. Wide, open horizons show you how to release what you’ve carried too long. Each day unfolds with a natural arc - awakening, expanding, unwinding - mirroring the season’s own slow unfurling.
This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are when the noise drops away and your body has space to speak again.
Leave your car - and the world - on the mainland. Step onto the boat. Cross the water. And settle into a private island sanctuary where we’ll have exclusive use of the brand‑new yoga space overlooking the sea.

Chef Kate Turner will be nourishing the retreat with meals rooted in place, season, and integrity. She draws on Eilean Shona’s trusted local suppliers and her own relationships with nearby crofters to bring in free‑range eggs, honey, high‑quality milk, and small‑batch fruit and vegetables. Her cooking centres on the most local, ethical, and nutritionally rich ingredients available, prepared with warmth and creativity. Each meal becomes part of the retreat experience - grounding, generous, and deeply connected to the island itself.
Trained in London and seasoned in Michelin kitchens across the UK, Kate Turner is a chef with a love for spanking fresh, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and making people feel looked after. These days she works as a private chef, creating bespoke menus for happy clients — bringing restaurant precision with a personal, relaxed touch. She lives in the Scottish Highlands on a working croft, where she grows ingredients and tests recipes. She can't wait for you to taste the West Coast of Scotland!
